I went on the Rural Development Exchange that was put on by Augustana University College and Canada World Youth. On this exchange I was given the opportunity to live and work in Mexico. I lived with a family in a rural village called San Andres de la Cal. I love my Mexican friends and now many of my other friends that I know from around the world. They are what inspries me. No man is permitted to leave any person he has related with in the same way that he met him. He either affects him positively or negatively, mars him or makes him. Friendship and relationships inspire me knowing that if I make the right friends or relate with people with similar interest, great minds with visions to make the world a better place will meet. I, in my own uniquness as God made me, will be able to impact my generation and lift humanity higher.

I used the first chance I got and I participated in a protest to say "No to wars", but that was not enough. I then started working with some associations, for peace, and I participate in some peace conferences that helped developed my skills. I began to focus on youth, teaching them what the real meaning of war was, and that there are much more ways to solve our problem without wars.
